As a District Manager (DM), at National Assemblers Inc., you are responsible for the development of the team in your region/district. Your goal is to increase sales and create a successful, winning culture. The District Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to Trainers and Account Managers. District managers will identify areas for development and outline action plans to develop those areas. The focus will be on building the highest quality team to provide NAI customers with 5-star service and increase customer loyalty. Through training, performance monitoring, planning and analysis, you will build a highly effective team. District Manager's work full time and under the direction of and report directly to­­­­­­­­­­ a Regional Manager. The selected candidate will be based from their home office location and travel frequently within their territory.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Layout Regional/District direction and vision.
  • Lead and engage team
  • Provide coaching and mentoring
  • Develop actionable plans (Weekly, Monthly, and yearly)
  • Ensure all action plans are being implemented
  • Monitors and ensures the development of realistic and accurate goals
  • Resolve conflict and see resolutions to the finish
  • Decrease regional expenses
  • Increase retention rates
  • Ensure our communications are timely and sent to the proper department
  • Ensure all company policies are implemented and followed
  • Run all essential reports and disseminate them to Management Team as needed
  • Submit Weekly and Monthly plans to Regional Manager
  • Regional conference with region/district (CT’s included) every quarter

DM’s will be responsible for ensuring all directives are shared. This will be done through effective communications by emails, memos, and NAI group platforms. It will also be the regional manager's responsibility to resolve any and all conflicts within the team. Make final decisions on the movement of techs within their region and travel to other regions. Ensure all documentation is in the appropriate systems and reaches the correct staff.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years successful experience in a district manager or regional operations role
  • A Bachelor degree in Business is a plus
  • Must have substantial experience in development and growth in territory sales
  • Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, environment
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret various sales reporting and make relevant decisions to increase sales and profitability
  • Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated and take initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills, along with strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights/weekends/and extensive travel
  • Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with departments within the office as well as take on varying roles
  • Multi-faceted background in management, HR, sales, retail, assembly, merchandising and project management is highly desirable.
