The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Customer Success Managers by scheduling technicians, overseeing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate schedules, optimize technician productivity, and maintain positive customer relationships. The Scheduling Coordinator collaborates across departments to support daily operations efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers and Field Managers with scheduling and fulfilling customer service needs.
  • Process customer accounts and projects efficiently.
  • Make quality outbound sales calls to generate work for technicians and drive revenue.
  • Ensure all service requests are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Adapt to and learn new technology tools as required.
  • Maintain daily communication with internal teams via email, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on company policies and best practices.
  • Adhere to all National Assemblers, Inc. (NAI) directives and policies.

Communication Tools:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in phone sales, scheduling, and/or dispatching.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
